To apply for CACHE membership, fill out the form below. Before applying, please make digital copies (photos or PDFs) of proof of enrollment in an accredited hypnotherapy training program. You will need to upload these files immediately after receiving an email from us.
Once approved, your membership payment will be processed. You will then receive an email with login information giving you full access to the members area of the CACHE website. Your membership certificate will be mailed to you.
Please make sure you include your mailing address in your profile information.
